Swedish-speaking Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Swedish‑speaking Telesales Executive to join OrderYOYO’s fast‑growing team. Based in Copenhagen, you will support the Swedish market by acquiring new restaurant partners and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to restaurants across Sweden to generate new partnerships.
• Welcome new partners, onboard them onto OrderYOYO’s platform, and schedule meetings for the Field Sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing Swedish partners.
• Identify sales opportunities, upsell marketing packages, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales team to manage and grow existing accounts.
• Work towards KPIs and targets to achieve bonuses.

Required profile

• Fluent Swedish (full professional proficiency) and good English.
• Strong communication and phone presence.
• Motivated by performance‑based bonuses.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal‑oriented with a “never give up” attitude.
• Enthusiastic personality and high energy.
