Sourcing Student Assistant – Procurement Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Student Assistant to support our Global Sourcing team. This part‑time position offers a hands‑on introduction to procurement, contract governance, and supplier administration within a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor purchases made outside existing contracts and help identify off‑contract spend.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and track contract renewal dates.
• Create, upload, maintain, and archive contracts in the Ivalua system.
• Support catalog and supplier content updates, and follow up on approval workflows.
• Maintain supplier records, collect documentation, and assist with onboarding.
• Perform data quality checks, support spend analysis, and help prepare procurement presentations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree related to Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills and comfort handling multiple tasks.
