Senior Product Marketing Manager – Copenhagen (Hybrid)

About the role

RIB is expanding its global Product Marketing function and is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape go‑to‑market strategy for its engineering and construction software portfolio. Based in Copenhagen with a hybrid work model, you will partner closely with the Director of Global Product Marketing to turn strategic plans into measurable market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market initiatives for new and existing products, features, and releases.
• Develop clear value propositions, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with customers.
• Create and deliver sales and partner enablement programs, including content, tools, training, and playbooks.
• Establish scalable launch and release‑readiness processes across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate market insights into product road‑maps.
