Senior Associate Corporate Development

About the role

Based in the CEO Office, this senior associate will work directly with C‑level leadership to drive M&A and strategic initiatives across EveryMatrix’s global footprint. The role offers high visibility and the chance to shape the company’s long‑term inorganic growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage end‑to‑end M&A processes, from sourcing to execution.
• Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses for investment decisions.
• Conduct market, competitor and peer‑group analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional due diligence across key business areas.
• Prepare investment materials and strategic analyses for senior leadership.
• Support post‑merger integration planning and performance tracking.
• Perform internal financial and operational analyses to aid decision‑making.
• Collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives and growth projects.
• Help build and refine corporate development processes and frameworks.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, corporate development or a similar role.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail and effective stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience in tech, software or iGaming is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered analysis tools is considered a strong advantage.
