Sales Manager – JYSK Herlev

About the role

JYSK is looking for a sales manager for its Herlev store. Working together with the Store Manager, you make sure the shop is fully ready for sales and achieves strong results, while keeping a positive, energetic atmosphere and motivating your team. The work is busy and involves physical effort, and you will be on duty every second weekend.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to keep the store 100% sales-ready and achieve good sales results
• Maintain high sales attitude and a positive, motivating environment for colleagues
• Communicate, lead and coach the team in the store
• Train colleagues in excellent customer service
• Enjoy a busy day with physical work

Required profile

• Experience leading, motivating and developing a team
• Passion for sales and a drive to help colleagues become better sellers
• Motivated to achieve good sales results with the team
• Keeps things under control and leads staff in the right direction even under pressure
• Quick to recover after setbacks and always looks for ways to improve results
• Needs occasional days off, so is available every second weekend
