Safety & Resilience Process Partner (Maternity Cover)

About the role

As a Senior Process Partner in the Safety & Resilience function, you will map, develop, and implement processes across all teams, embedding them into the digital operating model to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise processes (Level 3 to Level 5) ensuring integration with related workflows.
• Define process objectives, targets and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date Process Map library for all associated process levels.
• Lead implementation of new processes and ensure smooth adoption within the HSSE digital system.
• Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence, regional teams and the S&R Digital Project team to align improvements with business needs.
• Use data‑driven insights from digital tools to assess and enhance process efficiency.
• Drive standardisation across the process landscape and resolve conflicts with other functional owners.
• Support HSSE digital projects, facilitate digital adoption through training, engagement and change management.

Required profile

• Strong project management, change management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to analyse, design and document processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to innovation.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools, processes and methodologies.
• Relevant professional certifications in process, project or change management are a plus.
