Remote Sales Executive (Arabic/French/English)

About the role

KROM Kendama, the world leader in Kendama culture, is expanding its international retailer network. We are looking for a remote Sales Executive who can manage daily contacts with retailers, build lasting commercial relationships and support sell‑out initiatives across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with existing and prospective retailers via email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Develop strong, lasting commercial relationships and propose the right products for each retailer.
• Organise, prioritise and follow up leads independently without daily supervision.
• Support local sell‑out initiatives, track feedback and report to international sales management.
• Collaborate closely with KROM’s international sales team to grow the brand worldwide.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator: clear, positive and persuasive across cultures.
• Organised and autonomous: able to plan time, prioritise leads and work efficiently.
• Natural sales drive with genuine enjoyment of connecting, convincing and closing.
• Cultural sensitivity: adapt tone and style to different countries and client types.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English (mandatory).
• Interest in lifestyle, sports or youth culture is a strong plus.
