Recruiting Coordinator – Remote (Denmark)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our international RPO team supporting a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics. The role is fully remote, based in Denmark, and will work closely with multiple recruiters and hiring managers across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule multi‑stage interviews (phone, remote, in‑person) for candidates and panels across various EMEA locations.
• Provide primary administrative support to 2‑4 recruiters, managing shifting priorities and ensuring a fast‑paced recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in Workday, ensuring compliance at each stage.
• Arrange candidate travel, accommodations, and transportation, and deliver clear itineraries and expense guidance.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the candidate experience and streamline scheduling.
• Support the creation and maintenance of recruitment metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Manage recruitment processes primarily for the UKI market while also supporting other EMEA countries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Workday (Applicant Tracking System) proficiency.
