Project Manager Internship – Hybrid (Denmark)

About the role

As a Project Manager Intern you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of youth‑led projects within the Pangaea Youth Network. Working in a hybrid setting, you will gain hands‑on experience in coordinating Erasmus+ programmes and fostering intercultural learning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of youth projects and activities.
• Coordinate communication between team members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, collect data, and prepare progress reports.
• Contribute to the evaluation of project outcomes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for youth engagement and international collaboration.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Basic understanding of project lifecycles.
