Project Manager – EcoStruxure Application (Pharma)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong technical expertise in Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure application to lead the implementation of a Facility Monitoring System within the pharmaceutical sector. The role sits in a central Product Team and works closely with product owners, business analysts, implementation leads and other specialists to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute projects related to the EcoStruxure application.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including the Product Team and line‑of‑business stakeholders.
• Communicate project goals, expectations and progress to all parties.
• Oversee the rollout of the Facility Monitoring System across the organization.
• Guide users on best practices and optimal use of the EcoStruxure platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience with the EcoStruxure application.
• Understanding of Facility Monitoring System (FMS) / Building Management System (BMS) concepts.
• Solid project management background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
