Project Management Business Partner – Portfolio Management

About the role

We are looking for a Project Management Business Partner to drive the transformation of Satair’s services portfolio. Based in Copenhagen, you will act as a bridge between product management, supply chain, customer service, digital development and commercial teams, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Satair Programme & Market Centricity PM Office, overseeing schedules, resources, risks and day‑to‑day support for project leaders.
• Deploy and monitor project management processes, tools and documentation, delivering regular progress reports on interdependencies, costs, resources and actions.
• Implement KPIs and visual management boards, identify deviations from baselines and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain a comprehensive risk mitigation plan to support decision‑making and anticipate project challenges.
• Lead stakeholder and interface management to ensure integrated portfolio and programme delivery.
• Operate the Project Management Office, handling resource and financial management and driving projects using LBIP or Agile methodologies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B environment as a project manager or consultant.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on approach to defining and executing projects.
• Fluent English with strong negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with senior leaders.
