Product Engineer

About the role

Complir is building a system to enable safer physical products across markets, tackling legacy compliance processes with AI-driven software. As a Product Engineer you will join a small, high-trust team that ships early, iterates with customers, and works on both front-end and back-end challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with founders, customers, and in-house specialists to define and build needed features.
• Develop AI-native software that integrates the latest models to solve complex compliance problems.
• Create durable workflows for processing unstructured customer data.
• Improve data structures that connect cross-border regulatory information and surface novel insights.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of React and TypeScript, with full-stack experience covering browsers and databases.
• Product sense with a passion for iterating UI/UX.
• High agency and ability to work independently without a dedicated project manager.
