Product Designer

About the role

RIB, part of AVEVA, is looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of its innovative specification SaaS products. You will shape intuitive user experiences while aligning with the brand and design principles.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end design process for the product line, from research to implementation.
• Collaborate with the design‑system team to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Apply Lean UX methods to run workshops, solve business problems and iterate quickly.
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, observations) and translate insights into design decisions.
• Plan and execute usability testing, create prototypes and refine designs based on feedback.
• Analyze event‑tracking data to identify patterns and optimise user flows.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to integrate design with development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centric product design.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality design solutions.
