Manager – Business Advisory & Project Management (Denmark/Spain)

About the role
As a Manager – Business Advisory and Project Management you will work with life‑science clients across Denmark and Spain, leading complex regulatory, clinical and quality projects from strategy through implementation. You will own delivery, drive new business and help shape BASE life science’s consulting practice.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and respond to RfPs, defining scope, timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project/program status, manage risks, issues and budgets, and act as escalation point.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including BASE, Infosys, third‑party and client stakeholders—to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create executive‑level communications.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
Required profile
- 5+ years as a technical project/program manager in Regulatory, Clinical, Quality or other GxP areas.
- Proven track record delivering complex software, IT system implementations or data migration projects.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience leading technical teams and working with Agile methodologies such as SAFe.
Required skills
- Project management tools: JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project.
- Agile frameworks (SAFe) and PMP certification preferred.
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault, Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven solutions and data‑migration processes.
