About the role

This fixed‑term position supports the Psychiatric Clinic West in Slagelse by handling medical secretarial and health‑administrative tasks. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient flow and high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Register and manage documents in the Sundhedsplatformen system.
• Coordinate patient pathways, appointments and follow‑up schedules.
• Answer phone calls, provide information and maintain direct patient contact.
• Perform quality registration and reporting activities.
• Carry out administrative duties in collaboration with clinicians and other staff.

Required profile

• Qualified as a medical secretary or health‑administrative coordinator (SAK).
• Committed to improving work processes and patient journeys.
• Service‑oriented, approachable and able to work well with others.
• Comfortable in a cross‑disciplinary environment with regular patient interaction.
• Familiar with IT tools and specifically the Sundhedsplatformen system.
