Junior Lagerkoordinator / Lagermedarbejder

About the role

As a Junior Lagerkoordinator you will take independent responsibility for daily warehouse operations within a dedicated team, handling both practical stock management and quality routines for medical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Order and receive goods in SAP, manage picking locations and ensure accurate stock status.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, batch and expiry registration, and maintain minimum stock levels.
• Apply GDP/GMP labeling, keep the warehouse tidy according to the Mimer quality system, and support sustainable initiatives.
• Clean, test and prepare returned oxygen equipment, fill liquid oxygen (LOX) from storage tanks.
• Provide weekly telephone follow‑up with hospitals and patients regarding equipment.
• Act as oxygen instructor, delivering equipment to patients, setting it up and giving instructions.
• Assist with technical repairs, handle inbound calls and manage complaint cases.

Required profile

• Motivated to work in a structured way and take ownership of daily warehouse tasks.
• Independent, systematic, detail‑oriented and able to see tasks through to completion.
• Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B) and comfortable using IT systems.
• Flexible and ready to step in for customer service, technical or field duties during absences.
