IT Apprentice with Drive

About the role

We are looking for a data technician specializing in infrastructure to join our young, informal IT company. You will work independently, supporting and operating Microsoft servers, Azure, Office 365, and network solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and daily operation of Microsoft Windows Server (2019+), Azure, and Office 365 environments.
• Manage network components such as firewalls, VPN, VLAN, and routing.
• Handle routine tasks for our fixed-price client contracts and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Currently studying to become a data technician with an infrastructure focus.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in Danish and English.
• Curious, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with IT.

• Microsoft Windows Server (2019+)
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune
• Network solutions (firewall, VPN, VLAN, routing)
• Microsoft Windows 10+
• Microsoft Office 2016+
• Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications (including Microsoft Copilot)
