Internship – Construction Projects, Copenhagen (Spring 2027)

About the role

NCC, one of the leading construction companies in Scandinavia, is looking for students for its spring 2027 internships in Copenhagen. You will join the team at NCC Byggeri Øst, Offentlig & Boliger on site, working closely with experienced project managers, site managers, foremen and craftsmen. You will take responsibility for your own tasks and get hands-on experience with modern digital tools and methods in construction.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule planning and control
• Health and safety and workplace conditions
• Supervision and control of specialist and subcontractors
• Coordination with salaried workers and suppliers
• Quality assurance and procurement
• Raw house construction in Copenhagen, including in-situ concrete, prefabricated concrete and timber elements, earthworks and sewerage, steel structures and coordination of subcontractors

Required profile

• Student on an engineering or architect degree or similar
• Good spoken and written Danish
• Willingness to learn quickly and work with many different specialists
• A good sense of drive
• An apprenticeship background is an advantage but not required
