Head of Sales

About the role

Reel is building the leading B2B electricity supplier in Europe and needs a Head of Sales to own revenue targets and shape the sales motion for the B2B segment in Denmark.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Reel's sales strategy and playbook, driving revenue growth in the B2B segment.
• Lead, hire and develop a high‑performing sales team (SDRs, Account Executives, Account Directors, Revenue Operations Manager).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with medium to large corporate energy consumers.
• Act as a senior trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders on renewable energy procurement and decarbonisation.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Finance to ensure competitive, scalable commercial offerings.
• Report commercial performance to the leadership team and Board with clear KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Significant senior sales leadership experience in complex B2B environments (energy, infrastructure, financial services, etc.).
• Proven track record of building high‑performing sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
• Strong ability to influence C‑level decision‑makers and build long‑term client relationships.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid CRM habits and structured pipeline management.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) usage.
