Head of Finance

About the role

Mover, a profitable logistics and technology scale‑up headquartered in Copenhagen, is seeking a Head of Finance to own its financial foundation and drive the next phase of growth. You will lead finance across multiple business units and countries, shaping strategy and influencing future decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of finance activities across all markets, including new legal entities in the Netherlands and Norway.
• Build and maintain a robust transfer‑pricing framework.
• Run month‑end close, reporting, and operational finance tasks in partnership with external accounting providers.
• Manage cash forecasting, cash management, and treasury operations.
• Lead forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reviews.
• Enhance P&L transparency, unit economics, cost ownership, and data‑driven insights.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning, pricing, investment cases, and financial architecture.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure clear performance management and structural clarity.

Required profile

• Relevant master’s degree in finance, economics, management accounting or a related field.
• Solid experience in Finance or FP&A, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Leadership experience with a track record of providing business insights to senior management.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Confidence in independently operating financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Danish optional).
