HCM System Specialist

About the role

JYSK is looking for an HCM System Specialist to join its agile Human Capital Management team at the head office in Aarhus. You will act as a subject matter expert on HR systems and processes, working closely with colleagues in Payroll, HR and IT across JYSK countries. The role combines system expertise, stakeholder collaboration, testing, training and continuous improvement, and sits within JYSK's digital transformation of HR.

Key responsibilities

• Support and improve HCM processes and systems, acting as the link between business needs and technical solutions
• Optimise SAP HR and HR master data processes
• Drive and take part in the implementation of global HCM templates for scalable, standardised solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams
• Support implementation activities across countries and take part in and lead selected HCM projects and rollouts
• Plan, coordinate and run testing of new HCM solutions
• Deliver user support, training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience with HCM systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisation, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in Payroll or HR Support
• Experience with system implementation, process development or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with system testing, user support and training
• Clear communication, stakeholder collaboration and comfort in an agile environment
