Global Program Manager – Development Cloud

About the role

As the Global Program Manager for Development Cloud, you will lead large‑scale R&D Vault implementations for strategic life‑science customers across Europe. The position is remote‑first, based in Denmark, and combines on‑site customer engagement with virtual collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of complex, multi‑functional Global R&D Vault implementations (Clinical, Regulatory, Safety) ensuring measurable business impact.
• Build trusted‑advisor relationships with customer IT and business executives to define and govern long‑term R&D transformation roadmaps.
• Lead cross‑functional Veeva teams (Sales, Product, Strategy, Services) as the primary executive liaison to deliver unified, outcome‑driven programs.
• Negotiate and manage services contracts and implementation proposals that expand product adoption and customer value.
• Proactively anticipate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth transition from implementation to post‑deployment operations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of program leadership delivering enterprise‑scale R&D or GxP technology programs in pharma.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D functions such as Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Quality or Manufacturing.
• Proven consulting experience with enterprise pharma clients and success leading global, multi‑system implementations.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Based in Denmark and able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required skills

• Veeva Vault implementation experience (e.g., Clinical, RIM, Quality, Safety).
• Large‑scale SaaS deployment in highly regulated GxP environments.
