Embedded Talent Partner

About the role

Chapter 2 is looking for an Embedded Talent Partner to join a fast‑growing aviation technology client on a fixed‑term basis. You will act as the primary recruiter for technology, product and go‑to‑market (GTM) positions, delivering a seamless candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers from brief to offer for Technology, Product and GTM roles.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑find talent.
• Build and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines.
• Use market insight and data to influence hiring decisions.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor and help improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in embedded or internal recruitment.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end recruitment for technology, product or GTM roles.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, technology‑led environment.
