Electrical Project Lead (El-overmontør)

About the role

NCC's electrical department in Søborg is looking for a project leader who enjoys responsibility, teamwork and a day close to customers, colleagues and the construction site. You will play a central role in keeping projects on schedule, ensuring quality and good coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage electrical projects from start to handover, focusing on time, budget and quality
• Coordinate daily work between electricians, foremen, subcontractors and other partners
• Monitor project costs, resources and schedules and act promptly on deviations
• Take part in site meetings and keep professional dialogue with customers, consultants and internal stakeholders
• Ensure work meets safety, quality and documentation requirements
• Help create structure, progress and solutions for current and future cases

Required profile

• Relevant vocational education in electricity
• Experience leading projects or coordinating technical contracts
• Structured, clear communicator who works well with colleagues and external parties
• Takes responsibility and approaches problems professionally
