Deputy Store Manager – JYSK Brøndby

About the role

JYSK is looking for a Deputy Store Manager (also called sous-chef elsewhere) for its Brøndby store. Working alongside the Store Manager, you will motivate your team, make sure they show strong sales attitude and deliver excellent customer service in a busy, competitive retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to keep the store fully ready for customers and achieve strong sales results
• Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere where staff enjoy selling
• Communicate, lead and coach the in-store team
• Train colleagues on excellent customer service
• Handle a busy day with physical work
• Be available every second weekend for customers

Required profile

• Experience leading, motivating and developing a team
• A passion for sales and a drive to help colleagues become better sellers
• Ability to stay calm and guide staff in the right direction under pressure
• Resilience and a desire to improve results
