Delivery Planner – Road Transport

About the role

Nobia Danmark is looking for an experienced delivery planner in Ølgod. You will work closely with internal and external partners as the link between planning, operations and drivers, ensuring customers receive a delivery experience that matches the quality of the products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily trips and allocate vehicles
• Maintain close contact with drivers
• Book external carriers
• Follow up on damage and quality issues
• Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys and performance and quality reviews
• Work closely with internal customers
• Help develop and digitise the department and its tasks

Required profile

• Experience as a freight forwarder, delivery planner or logistics planner
• Knowledge of transport regulations and collective agreements
• Experience scheduling road transport
• Clear Danish and English communication
• Structured, collaborative and willing to take responsibility

Required skills

• Good IT skills, preferably Excel and Access
