Content & AI Search Director

About the role

iProspect, a global performance marketing agency within the dentsu network, is looking for an experienced Content & AI Search Director for its Owned Media team in Copenhagen. You will lead and develop the content team, set the professional direction and advise clients on content, SEO and visibility, while helping them adapt their content to search behaviour, AI-based search results and LLMs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Copenhagen content team through coaching, clear expectations and follow-up on individual professional growth
• Delegate responsibility and help colleagues grow in their roles
• Set the content direction and develop methods for content strategy, website content, editorial planning and quality assurance
• Advise clients on content, SEO and visibility, turning business goals, user needs and data into strategies and recommendations
• Develop website content from brief and research to production and optimisation, working closely with clients' subject matter experts
• Integrate SEO based on search intent, keyword data and information architecture, with ongoing performance
• Test and qualify AI and LLM approaches for research, briefs, production and optimisation, ensuring quality and brand consistency

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in content, content marketing and website content, preferably in an agency or advisory role
• Solid experience developing and producing website content from research and brief to editing and optimisation
• Experience leading, coaching or developing colleagues; formal people management is an advantage
• Practical experience with AI and LLMs in research, brief development, content production or optimisation
• Strong advisor who can make complex topics concrete for clients and colleagues
• Fluent Danish and English, spoken and written
