Concept Manager – SPAR & Min Købmand

About the role

Dagrofa is looking for a concept manager for its SPAR and Min Købmand chains in Ringsted. You will develop and drive the chains' assortment, price and product concepts in line with the commercial strategy and the desired market position, working with a team of four specialists. The role reports to the commercial director.

Key responsibilities

• Set the direction of the chains' assortment strategy, including category roles, expertise distribution and assortment priorities.
• Develop and implement competitive price, assortment and product concepts that create growth and strengthen the retailers' earnings.
• Maintain simple, clear and operationally sound concepts that are effectively turned into action in stores.
• Drive cross-functional commercial collaboration with sales, stores, categories and marketing.
• Lead and develop the team of four specialists with clear direction and priorities.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or grocery, preferably with insight into chain operations.
• Proven success with assortment strategy and concept development.
• Able to turn data, customer insights and market understanding into concrete solutions.
• Strong commercial sense, strategic thinking and hands-on focus on how solutions work in daily store life.
• Clear, engaging leadership who develops people and builds ownership.
