Clinical Trial Manager / Sponsor Dedicated (SCRA) – Remote, Denmark

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager or Sponsor Dedicated (SCRA) to develop and coordinate Phase 1 clinical research studies on a remote basis for Denmark. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Phase 1 clinical research studies, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution.
• Implement clinical protocols and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with principal investigators, research subjects, client teams, and clinic operations to facilitate communication and coordination.
• Plan and manage logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for trials.
• Track study progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and prepare detailed study reports.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the study lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial management or a related discipline.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical trial management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
