Clinical Trial Manager / Sponsor Dedicated (SCRA) – Remote Denmark

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager or Sponsor Dedicated (SCRA) to lead Phase 1 clinical research studies on a remote basis for Denmark. You will ensure studies are meticulously planned, executed, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Phase 1 clinical research studies, managing all aspects from planning to execution.
• Implement clinical protocols and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with principal investigators, research subjects, client teams, and clinic operations to facilitate smooth communication.
• Plan and manage logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for trials.
• Track study progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and prepare detailed study reports.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the study lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial management.
• In‑depth knowledge of clinical research processes, regulations, and GCP guidelines.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical trial management software and tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Certification such as Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred.
