Clinical Research Associate – Future Roles (Denmark)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking Clinical Research Associates for future projects in Denmark. The role involves remote and on‑site monitoring of clinical sites, ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements and study protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, management and close‑out visits, either on‑site or remotely.
• Review informed consent documentation, protect patient confidentiality and assess safety or data‑integrity issues.
• Conduct source document review, verify CRF entries, resolve queries and ensure electronic data capture compliance.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, dispensing and blinded‑randomization procedures.
• Maintain Investigator Site Files, reconcile with Trial Master Files and support archiving according to local regulations.
• Document activities through letters, trip reports and logs; track observations and action items in study systems.
• Serve as primary liaison with site personnel, provide training, support recruitment and retention strategies, and prepare for audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• ICH‑GCP and Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) knowledge.
• Clinical monitoring and site management expertise.
• Electronic data capture (EDC) systems proficiency.
• Investigational product handling and inventory management.
