C-Check A220 Program Management

About the role

The C‑Check A220 Program Management role provides data‑driven guidance to align customer maintenance operations with the strategic objectives of the A220 C‑Check Mission. Acting as a bridge between ground‑level teams and senior leadership, the role translates operational data into actionable business intelligence and ensures the mission drives efficiency, reliability and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Define, monitor and report on KPIs to guarantee that improvement opportunities agreed with customers are realized.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis on recurring issues identified through data or customer feedback to minimise aircraft downtime.
• Prepare diagnoses and mature solution recommendations for management approval.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams (CRS, SM, Supply Engineering Front Desk) to standardise procedures and embed improvements as the new normal.
• Facilitate customer‑driven strategy discussions, integrating parts analysis and recommendations into the mission roadmap.
• Translate customer feedback into operational actions and ensure closed‑loop communication.
• Convert operational data and insights into executive‑level briefings for senior leaders at SATAIR and Airbus.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and innovations that address identified inefficiencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management within aviation or aerospace maintenance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent diplomatic and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of building consensus across departments without direct authority.
• Effective communicator, able to present complex issues clearly to both operational teams and senior executives.
