Business Performance Manager, Wound & Tissue Repair

About the role

The Business Performance & Planning team is responsible for performance management, monthly reviews, investment cases, and forecasting for the new Wound and Tissue Repair business unit. You will provide high‑quality financial analysis and insights that support senior management decision‑making in a global, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support performance management processes, including monthly business reviews
• Act as finance business partner for selected business areas
• Drive financial analysis to support local and global business needs
• Update reports and datasets that support decision making
• Work on quarterly rolling forecast (‘beyond budgeting’)
• Provide analytical support to commercial functions and senior leadership
• Participate in finance projects and support financial planning
• Ensure fit‑for‑purpose reporting and analysis templates for the global organization

Required profile

• Eager to learn with a go‑getter attitude
• Strong process, structure and systems orientation
• Ability to deliver relevant analysis and insights
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with PowerBI development (plus)
