Business Consultant Master Class – Life Sciences Quality

About the role

Veeva’s Master Class program is designed for high‑potential professionals early in their careers who want to transition into Life Sciences consulting. Participants will work on customer‑facing engagements, applying Veeva’s software, data and AI to improve drug development and launch processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating models, processes and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Life Sciences, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) or other non‑consulting work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Process‑driven attitude with a passion for analyzing operations, numbers and data.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time per year.
