Business Analyst – Strategy & Operations

About the role

Resights is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join its fast‑growing Strategy and Operations team. You will help shape the commercial engine of a data‑driven real‑estate platform by turning business hypotheses into actionable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design and execute growth initiatives, taking new business areas from concept (0) to launch (1).
• Analyse existing processes, propose improvements and implement structures that support a scaling organisation.
• Own end‑to‑end projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

Required profile

• Demonstrated high ambition in school, work or personal projects.
• Early‑career professional (e.g., recent graduate, sabbatical student) eager to work full‑time.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to think like a consultant while executing like an entrepreneur.
• Fluent in Danish.
