B2B Hunter Sales Representative – Pest Control

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for strong B2B hunter profiles to take over and grow new sales in Eastern and Western Denmark. As a hunter you focus on finding new market opportunities and closing long-term service agreements and total solutions that protect customers against future pest problems. You are responsible for your own district, planning and executing your sales activities yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Active new business: prospect new B2B customers, build a strong pipeline and close insurance agreements of all sizes in your district
• Offer tailored service agreements through targeted advice
• Book and hold customer meetings independently and carry out building inspections
• Plan sales by postcode, segment and customer type
• Build and maintain customer relationships and handle cancellations, complaints and claims professionally
• Work closely with Customer Centre, Business Support and the service technicians for full follow-up

Required profile

• At least 2 years of documented B2B sales experience, preferably in services or pest control
• Minimum secondary education
• Fluent Danish and functional English
• Valid B driving licence
• Comfortable working independently in the field and with digital sales tools
