Technical Specialist

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions business is seeking a Technical Specialist to act as a bridge between sales, technical teams, vendors, partners and customers. The role combines deep technical expertise with a commercial mindset, delivering solution design and support across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to resellers and support them during customer meetings.
• Architect and design complex IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, hybrid cloud and security.
• Develop technical configurations (BOM) and pricing in close collaboration with Account Managers.
• Plan, set up and execute proof‑of‑concept demonstrations to showcase solution value.
• Conduct workshops, webinars and training sessions for the reseller network.
• Contribute technical documentation and responses to RFI/RFP and tender processes.
• Navigate internal and vendor systems, manage processes and act as the link between Sales and Operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a vendor, partner or distributor environment.
• Strong technical background in infrastructure with experience in NetApp and the channel ecosystem.
• Ability to think 360° around customers, partners, business and internal processes.
• Willingness to travel regionally (twice a week) and quarterly across EMEA.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
