Technical Programme Manager til at lede komplekse teknologiprogrammer

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Technical Programme Manager to take overall responsibility for complex technology and transformation programmes, coordinating across workstreams, suppliers and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Establish programme organisation, governance, integrated plan, financial management and decision forums.
• Translate strategic goals into programme deliverables, workstreams, milestones, dependencies and measurable results.
• Lead multiple projects and technical tracks across AI, cloud, data, integration, platforms and system modernisation.
• Orchestrate delivery teams across PwC Denmark, the international network, near‑shore/off‑shore partners, alliances, suppliers and the client.
• Ensure alignment between programme plan, architecture, commercial commitments, capacity and release schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex technology programmes with multiple projects, workstreams, suppliers and stakeholder groups.
• Strong technical understanding to challenge architecture, estimates, sequencing and dependencies without taking on specialist roles.
• Manager/Senior‑Manager level with at least eight years of relevant experience (or ten years if no formal degree), including significant consulting experience with direct client contact.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience) and fluency in Danish and English.
• Experience in security‑critical environments (e.g., handling HEM‑classified information) is a plus.
