Technical Helpdesk Specialist

About the role

MSX International, a leading global provider of consulting and business process outsourcing services to the automotive industry, is looking for a Technical Helpdesk specialist in Copenhagen. The role drives the service business satisfactorily for dealers and supports them on technical decisions and actions. It is a full-time position starting after agreement, with a monthly salary of 44,000–50,000 DKK.

Key responsibilities

• Handle technical cases through the case management system, with dealers and the manufacturer's regional office
• Handle technical reports for dealers and field reports (FTR) for the regional office
• Take part in regular technical team meetings and share technical information on the intranet, checking it regularly
• Delegate technical questions to specialists or colleagues, and support colleagues on dealer actions
• Act as business owner for dealers' FTR systems and register and report FTRs
• Be responsible for Special Service Tools and act as backup for other technical functions

Required profile

• Secondary education
• Category B driving licence (mandatory)
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the automotive industry
• Fluent Danish and good English, both spoken and written
• Organised work style and good teamwork

Required skills

• Good general IT skills (Excel, internet, social media)
• Case management system
