Technical Engineer – Electrical Software Support

About the role

Join ETAP’s technical team to provide expert support for the SEE Electrical, 3D Panel and Caneco software families. You will work closely with sales, R&D and customers to ensure successful design, implementation and maintenance of electrical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to new and existing customers via phone, email and ticketing portal.
• Collaborate with sales and technical departments on customer and internal projects.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff, with coaching support as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with proven practical skills.
• Hands‑on experience designing circuit diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Background in panel manufacturing or design, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
