Swedish‑Speaking Account Manager – Restaurant Tech

About the role

OrderYOYO is looking for a Swedish‑speaking Account Manager to join its new team supporting top restaurant partners. You will help restaurants grow their online sales, retain them, and adopt new products, working from our Copenhagen office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a cohort of key restaurant partners across the region.
• Grow GMV by encouraging partners to increase orders via their app and website.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, gather feedback and share insights with product and commercial teams.
• Use CRM data to identify performance gaps and recommend support or new features.
• Drive adoption of additional offerings such as marketing packages, ePOS and self‑service kiosks.
• Identify upsell opportunities and protect retention by spotting early risk signals.
• Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Sales and Support for a seamless partner experience.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, customer success or a client‑facing commercial role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to earn trust quickly.
• Commercial awareness – understanding how partners make money and how to help them increase revenue.
• Comfortable working with data, turning dashboard insights into actionable recommendations.
• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise multiple accounts effectively.
• Confident communicator over the phone.
