Store Supervisor – 12‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor for a 12‑month maternity cover in Ringstead, Denmark. You will act as the key link between our products and customers, supporting the store’s Stylists and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in achieving KPIs and profit targets.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the team.
• Generate reports on KPIs and team performance for senior management.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver exceptional one‑to‑one customer service, keeping the customer first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Open to a 12‑month maternity cover contract.
• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer‑service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of store operations and inventory processes.
