Shift Lead – Front of House

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Shift Lead to supervise, coordinate, and handle the daily service of Front of House. You will be first in command when the Front of House Manager is absent and will plan and lead a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily service and FOH team in the restaurant.
• Control and direct the drink preparation process and ordering, as well as related activities.
• Ensure quality of servings by checking drinks and dishes before they reach guests.
• Resolve problems or defects and arrange repairs with suppliers when necessary.
• Oversee team workload and estimate staffing needs.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Foster a cooperative and respectful work climate among team members.

Required profile

• Experience in the culinary industry.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
