Senior Workday Payroll Consultant – Copenhagen

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Workday Payroll Consultant to join its Copenhagen delivery team. You will lead the design, configuration and support of Workday Payroll solutions for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain pay groups, pay components, earnings, deductions and payroll calculations.
• Design payroll schedules, period calendars and retroactive processing rules.
• Support payroll parallel runs, reconciliation and cut‑over activities during implementations.
• Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Provide post‑production support, troubleshoot calculation issues and manage integrations with Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence and Benefits.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering Workday Payroll implementations, upgrades or enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of statutory payroll compliance and tax regulations.
• Ability to work closely with HR, Finance and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
