Senior Field Marketing Manager – Denmark & Nordics

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing for Denmark and the Nordic cluster (Norway, Finland and Denmark) within the Compute Business Unit. The role reports to the Head of Marketing Nordic and is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic marketing plan for the Compute Business Unit across Norway, Denmark and Finland, and define annual, quarterly and campaign-specific plans.
• Partner with Sales leadership, Business Unit teams and local category marketing teams to drive demand generation and revenue growth.
• Plan and run integrated programs such as customer events, executive briefings, partner activities, digital campaigns, thought leadership and industry conferences.
• Drive country-specific flagship events like Innovation Days and customer forums, and measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Work with regional and global marketing teams and build relationships with Sales, Product, Partners and Executive Leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, field marketing or business unit marketing.
• Proven track record of strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets, ideally infrastructure, compute or IT solutions.
• Experience managing large-scale customer events and executive engagement programs.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
