Senior Field Marketing Manager – Denmark & Nordics

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for Denmark and drive regional initiatives across the Nordic Cluster (Norway, Finland, Denmark). This hybrid role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to accelerate pipeline growth for the Compute Business Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the integrated marketing plan for the Compute Business Unit across Norway, Finland and Denmark.
• Align annual, quarterly and campaign‑specific plans with regional business objectives.
• Partner with sales, business‑unit leaders and local category teams to generate demand and revenue.
• Plan and execute customer events, executive briefings, partner activities, digital campaigns, thought‑leadership programs, industry conferences and trade shows.
• Lead Denmark‑specific flagship events such as Innovation Days and customer forums.
• Measure campaign performance, report ROI and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to leverage best‑practice assets and messaging.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering integrated field‑marketing programs.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, partners and executive leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
