Sales Team Manager – POWER Slagelse

About the role

POWER is looking for a sales team manager for one of its sales teams in Slagelse. You will lead a small team of colleagues, develop and motivate them and turn strategies from headquarters into concrete results in the store. The position sits within the department store's management and shares responsibility for operations, staff and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and motivate your team, giving constructive feedback so colleagues can learn from it
• Manage an annual budget of up to DKK 70 million
• Translate headquarters' strategies into results in the store
• Help build the right team and recruit new employees
• Work closely with customers and colleagues on the floor

Required profile

• Experience in leadership, though many years is not required
• Structured and responsible, with a passion for developing people
• Able to create a good working environment where people thrive
• Experience with sales, budgets and KPIs is an advantage but not required
