Restaurant Manager – Tapas Restaurant in Lyngby

About the role

Pincho Nation, a restaurant concept serving small tapas dishes and distinctive drinks, is looking for a Restaurant Manager for its new restaurant in Lyngby. Most of the work is spent in service, with visible leadership and a strong focus on guests. The manager works closely with the kitchen and bar managers and takes care of daily staff management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff and manage them on a day-to-day basis
• Work closely with the kitchen manager and bar manager to create a good working environment across all stations
• Schedule shifts and keep the budget under control
• Handle other supporting and administrative tasks

Required profile

• Motivated to work in the restaurant industry and wants to be part of the concept
• Wants to contribute to a positive work environment
• Responsible, engaged and comfortable in a dynamic setting
• Experience in a similar role
