Regional Sales Director

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead sales of its converged networking and security cloud platform across a defined territory. The role focuses on selling cutting‑edge cybersecurity and SaaS solutions to mid‑to‑large enterprises while building lasting relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales in the assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with mid‑to‑large accounts.
• Engage with C‑level decision‑makers (CIO, CISO, CTO) to align Cato’s cybersecurity and SaaS solutions with business objectives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local MSSPs, VARs and other strategic partners to broaden market reach.
• Leverage sales intelligence, win‑loss analysis and pipeline metrics to continuously refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team, sharing insights and best practices to accelerate regional performance.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of territory sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS or related industries with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS and networking solutions and current market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience working with partners such as MSSPs and VARs to drive revenue growth.
