Project Manager – Technical Insulation and Passive Fire Protection

About the role

Grenaa Isolering, a family-owned national contractor specialising in technical insulation and passive fire protection with about 100 employees and its main office in Lystrup near Aarhus, is looking for an experienced project manager. You will be responsible for your own contracts from handover to delivery and follow-up, working closely with another project manager, finance and the director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contracts from start to delivery and follow-up
• Review and optimise solutions
• Plan resources, teams and schedules
• Procure and coordinate with suppliers
• Instruct and support installers
• Supervise sites, document work and ensure quality
• Control costs and follow up on project results
• Maintain customer contact and build relationships

Required profile

• Background as a project manager in a technical contractor (insulation, plumbing, ventilation or related)
• Degree such as engineer, building constructor or machine operator, with 10-15 years of experience leading technical contracts
• Solid understanding of project economics and contracts, team planning and resource planning
• Positive, outgoing and relationship-building, able to handle large responsibility and autonomy

Required skills

• Natural familiarity with IT tools and digital project platforms such as Dalux
• Clear communication with customers, craftsmen and partners
